Attendance Tips
- Stay connected with the school: If something is making it difficult for your child to attend school regularly, please contact the school. Our staff can help connect your family with resources and work with you to address attendance concerns.
- Build a positive connection to school: Encourage your child to see school as a place to learn, grow, and succeed. If your child is struggling or you have concerns about their school experience, reach out to their teacher or principal so you can work together to find solutions.
- Create a dependable morning routine: Help your child start each school day prepared by setting regular bedtimes and allowing enough time to get ready in the morning. If your family needs assistance with meals or transportation, please contact your child’s building principal to learn about available support.
- Plan appointments around the school day: When possible, schedule appointments before or after school. When appointments must take place during the school day, try to minimize the amount of class time missed.
At Webb City School District, student success is strengthened when families and schools work together. By staying connected and making regular attendance a shared priority, we can help students feel supported and ready to make the most of each school day.
