CURRENT COMMUNITY FLYERS

Thank you for your interest in sharing information with our students and families! As of August 2024, we no longer distribute hard-copy community flyers to students or families. Non-profit organizations wishing to share flyers may submit them digitally by following the process below. Families will receive periodic reminders via ParentSquare and social media to check the digital flyers on the Webb City School District Community Bulletin Board.

Before submitting a digital flyer, please review and understand the guidelines:

• Hard-copy flyers from outside organizations will NOT be accepted or distributed at any Webb City School District campus.
• Digital flyers will be accepted from non-profit organizations that target school-aged children or their parents. These flyers will only be posted on the Community Bulletin Board.
• The following groups that directly support Webb City School District students, families, and staff may continue to distribute hard-copy flyers if deemed necessary: PTO groups, Webb City Foundation, Webb City School District Booster Clubs, and Webb City CARES.
• While the district will periodically remind families to check the bulletin board for new flyers via ParentSquare or social media, we cannot guarantee these reminders will align with your flyer’s deadlines.

Flyer content must be relevant to Webb City School District students and families and must comply with Webb City Board of Education advertising policies. Businesses wishing to provide flyers or special offers to staff must ensure they are targeted specifically to Webb City Schools staff members (not “area teachers” or “local families”) and comply with Board of Education advertising policies.
