We have worked in conjunction with our teachers and staff, students, parents, community members, and business partners to develop a vision for success for our students from PreK-12th grade and beyond. We have compiled this feedback together to create our district’s “Portrait of a Cardinal”. Our graphic design students at Webb City High School met with our Public Relations team to design and develop the graphic for this initiative, and we are excited to present it to our Cardinal community.
The Essential Pillars of a Cardinal Graduate represent the core values, skills, and qualities that every student should carry with them upon graduation. These pillars are more than academic achievements—they reflect the mindset, character, and capabilities needed to thrive in college, career, and life. Rooted in our district's mission, they guide how we prepare students to lead with purpose, contribute with compassion, and succeed with confidence.

At Webb City School District, we believe that transparency, collaboration, and shared responsibility are key to student success. That’s why we are proud to introduce the Webb City Data Dashboard—a user-friendly, online resource designed to keep our parents, families, and community members informed about the academic progress, achievements, and goals of our district.
This interactive tool offers a comprehensive view of important data points that reflect how our students and schools are performing, and where we are headed as a district. Each category on the dashboard provides valuable insights into the student experience and the outcomes that matter most.
The Data Dashboard is a reflection of our commitment to excellence, accountability, and preparing every Cardinal for a bright future. We encourage you to explore the dashboard regularly, celebrate our shared successes, and stay informed as we work together to support every Cardinal, every day.
