Professional Growth and Development Plan

The Webb City R-7 School District's Professional Development Plan outlines the role of the Professional Development Committee and provides guidelines for teachers who wish to use professional development funds to attend workshops, receive reimbursement for expenses incurred while attending professional development activities, and reimbursement for tuition associated with receiving an advanced degree. PD Library

Our Professional Development Committee has multiple resources on various topics available to check out for any staff in our district who would like an opportunity to grow professionally. Our library is housed in the PD Room at the Central Office. Check these resources out through the Central Office staff.

PDC Members

Each building has a representative who serves on the PDC. These members are able to assist you if you have questions about activities sponsored by the committee.

Southwest Center for Educational Excellence

The Southwest Center offers affordable workshops on a variety of topics. Check with your building principal if you are interested in registering for a workshop.
