For technical assistance, parents and students can contact our Tech Help line at 417-673-5065 if an in-person visit to your Building Tech is not possible. Please leave a detailed voicemail including:

• Student's full name, grade, and school

• A detailed description of the technology issue

• Contact name and phone number

Your voicemail will generate a tech ticket in our FMX system, which will be assigned to the appropriate support staff based on the student's grade and school.
